The Pathway Plus is a program designed to help international graduates to achieve a maximum score in IELTS to meet the English requirements for a range of Advanced Entry or Post Graduate Higher Education programs.
Facilitated by our Higher Education Access Partner, the Pathway Plus Program is designed to lead into the final year in a shortlist of exciting programs in a range of industries and careers.
Designed as a minimum 12-week program to help you adjust to life in Ireland while preparing to achieve your best score in IELTS and having a great time.
Non-European students who wish to work part-time must study for a minimum of 25 weeks (6 months) as a condition of their work and study visa. The 8-month visa period includes: 25 weeks of English tuition leading to an official exam; and a 2-month/8-week holiday.

We asked our Higher Education Access Partner, Work and Study Travel, to showcase programs that overseas partners and students could apply for prior to arriving in Ireland. They developed a shortlist of exciting programs in a range of industries and careers.
Founded in 1951, NCI (National College of Ireland) is located in the heart of the financial district of Dublin and Silicon Docks, the home of major global technology companies like Google and Meta in Ireland. As you might expect the college has a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in computing, business and finance among other disciplines. Housed in a modern building beside the river Liffey, NCI is home to 6,000 students where almost 20% are international from over 80 countries.
Holmes Institute Dublin is part of an international education group that has taught over 85,000 graduates over the last 30 years. Launched in Dublin in 2022, the college is located in a professional area on the edge of the main shopping and entertainment areas. Focused on business, Holmes attracts students that want to study in a thriving economy in Europe with strong opportunities for international students.

with 7,000 students from Ireland and across the world. Their mission is to be a “core of the community and a highly reputed center of education” and with a large range of programs that attract a diverse range of students. Griffith has three primary campus locations in Dublin, Cork and Limerick.
